Zodiac ECE selected by Airbus to provide the complete EPDS for the A350XWB
The Zodiac Group, through ECE, has been selected by Airbus to design, develop and produce the complete Electrical Power Distribution System (EPDS) for the A350XWB.
The EPDS scope of supply will encompass both Primary, Emergency and Secondary Electrical load distribution, as well as the load management system in the Electric Software Function embedded in the Integrated Modular Avionic.“We are extremely proud to have been selected by Airbus for the Electrical Power Distribution System of the A350XWB. This success strengthens the position of Zodiac ECE as a world leader in the Electrical Power Distribution field for commercial and regional aircraft, business jets and helicopters after the selection awards for the Airbus 380 PEPDC, the Boeing 787 PPDS, and, more recently, the Eurocopter EC 175 and the Socata TBM 850.
